About us
SteadyOn is built by Urgnt Limited, a New Zealand software and advisory partnership founded in 2011. Two partners, building useful software and sharing hard-won enterprise architecture experience.
We built SteadyOn because health and safety software is written for organisations with a health and safety department, and most organisations don't have one. The work still has to be done — hazards assessed, incidents investigated, safety data sheets kept current — usually by someone doing it alongside their actual job. That's who the product is for.
Everything in it is meant to be usable by that person on a Tuesday afternoon, and defensible to a regulator afterwards.
